The software by itself supposedly works on most Macs (don't know about the 030s). I'm just glancing at a brochure I have from: Cognitive Software, 730 East 30th Street, Suite 7, Indianapolis IN 46205. I found a review of it to be quite positive, it's a bit expensive for me.
