Message-ID: <7284@fluke.COM> Date: 13 Mar 89 18:22:30 GMT Sender: news@tc.fluke.COM Organization: John Fluke Mfg. Co., Inc., Everett, WA Lines: 20 We're currently using DiskFit 1.41 at Fluke to back up hard drives to 40MB tape drives (and we like it!). Just saw an add for a new version of DiskFit (1.6, if I remember correctly). Can someone tell me what's new in the new version? I don't think we were notified of the upgrade, and I'm holding out for the new archiving system from Dantz, whenever it comes out; I'd like to know if there's anything in the new version of DiskFit worth upgrading for (having the "Extended Report" option work with tapes would be nice -- it doesn't seem to be now).
