You should be able to open them in MacDraft, select everything, copy it and 
then paste it into MacDraw.  I recall doing this a couple years ago without
too much trouble....

You can probably find someone at a local user group, university or even a 
computer store that would let you use their copy of MacDraft long enough to 
make the conversions.
