No I can't believe it.  I think it's supposed to be an April fools joke.  We
went through all of it here.  Just look at the day it's supposed to be
introduced.  April first??  Come on.

Of course, I don't work for the University and don't have an inside track to
this stuff, so I could be wrong.  But I'm not.
