Note that there are LOTS of others, these are just the three I use most often. 1. One of the options in the DeskZap desk accessory is Set File Attributes. This will allow you to change the file type/creator. DeskZap is a shareware utility. Other shareware desk acessories such as DiskTop or Disk Tools do the same thing. 2. Selecting an application/document in ResEdit and then selecting "Get Info" (command-I) will allow you to change the file type/creator. ResEdit is available from Apple Computer. 3. Choosing "Info Edit" in the MacTools application will allow you to change the file type/creator as well. MacTools is available as commercial software packaged with Copy II Mac from Central Point Software. Hope this information helps.
