Paulsen) Distribution: na Organization: InterCon Systems Corporation, Reston, VA Lines: 18 Although you may feel that the pricing of the II to IIx upgrade is outrageously expensive, let me point out two things to you: 1) You can get virtually all of the components of the IIx upgrade from Apple for reasonable prices (FDHD and PMMU primarily). 2) You CAN GET an upgrade from a II to a IIx. Note that no matter how I try, I cannot get the manufacturer of my car to upgrade it to the latest model.... nor can I get IBM to upgrade this ugly XT to an AT. Gaige Gaige B.
