Hi,
   The combination to ignore the internal Hard disk at boot up is
Option+Clover+shift+delete

A large list of these little short cuts was sent to sumex-aim by 
Ed de Moel recently . It is available by anonymous ftp to the new archive
[36.44.0.6] as /info-mac/misc/short-cuts-and-options.txt (26k).
