I have used both the Tandy and the Logitech mice in question, and there is a definite difference in the "feel" of the two. Most people I know prefer the Logitech "feel', myself included. The Tandy mouse works just fine, but that $49 price isn't due to magnanimous charity on Tandy's part. The mouse "buttons" are of the low cost to construct variety, and after extended use it becomes diffcult to "click" versus "double click" versus "hold". Then again at the price you can use it till you're tired of it, throw it away, and buy another. This is definitely a subjective sort of area, like preference for keyboard "feel", and whether the extra bucks are beyond your current financial limits. John Reynolds Tandy R&D in Beautiful Ft.
