When I was running 'csh' on a Tandy 6000, and now that I'm running 'csh on
a Tandy 4000, using SCO Xenix 2.2.4, and running csh on the Unistride
system I am at the moment logged in to, I have this bug:

% date && date
Sun Mar 12 16:37:14 EST 1989
% sh -c "date && date"
Sun Mar 12 16:37:52 EST 1989
Sun Mar 12 16:37:52 EST 1989
% date || date
Sun Mar 12 16:38:25 EST 1989
Sun Mar 12 16:38:25 EST 1989
% sh -c "date || date"
Sun Mar 12 16:38:48 EST 1989

Seems to me that the meanings of the '&&' and '||' operators have been
reversed in csh...
