I am trying to figure out how to move a title up in
\documentstyle[twocolumn,12pt]{article} in LaTeX.  If anyone can tell me
how to make the title go 2.5cm from the top of the page and have
subsequent pages start 1.5cm from the top of the page, I would
appreciate it.
