I'm collecting archive sites that handle TeX stuff.  Initially
this will be based on my general purpose archive site list, but
with a focus on stuff relevant to this newsgroup.

Eventually I plan to create a meta-archive site, one that wakes
up every night, ftp's over directory trees from other archive
sites, diffs the output to see what's new, and generally tracks
where things are.  This might save a lot of people a lot of
grief.  (Besides, I don't have enough disk here to store a bunch
of things....)
