I am tinkering with the me macros using thesis-mode.
However, the page number on a chapter title page
is right-justified in the footer.  All other page
numbers appear in the header, right-justified as I
want them.

Question: how do I make the chapter title page (.+c)
number centered in the footer, leaving page numbering
alone on other pages?  I would also like the roman numeral
page number in the footer of the .tp page centered.
