From what I understand USENIX recently got permission to sell the
manual sets to non-AT&T source licensees.  This is NOT fact the best
place to find out if this is true is USENIX.  Send a note to
uunet!usenix!office or office@usenix.org and they should be able to
tell you if this is true or not.
