	I am trying to find out what are the changes made in going from
Releases 2 through 4.  Are there only bug fixes and added functionality,
or are there any conceptual changes from one release to the other?.  I  
have the list of changes that come with Release 3.  I am trying to get a
feeling for what is the direction that X has followed through these 
Releases and what is the future direction with the possible Release 4.
