I have made my Mandelbrot program publicly available via
anonymous ftp from uc.msc.umn.edu (Minnesota Supercomputer
Cent).

It is a compress tar file named xmandel.tar.Z in ~ftp/pub.
It contains source, man page Makefile and Imakefile.

This has a very nice user interface to Mandelbrot sets
and Julia sets.  The man page briefly explains theory.
