I am able to run xdbx on our Vaxstation II (Xqvss) for some
programs, but when I try to debug xrn, which is rather large 
(994k with debug symbols), xdbx continuously redraws its
dbx output window with the message that it is reading
symbol table info.  If I try to push the file button, eventually
xdbx crashes with Broken Pipe.   

Any clues?
