If you have X11R3 and don't have your R2 distribution still lying around, look in prep.ai.mit.edu:/u/emacs/oldXMenu.tar.Z, which is just a copy of what was in the R2 distribution in contrib/oldXMenu. If you can't get to prep, it's also on osu-cis for UUCP access.
