Message-ID: Date: 17 Mar 89 07:58:14 GMT Sender: news@phoenix.Princeton.EDU Distribution: gnu Organization: Cognitive Science Lab. Princeton University. Lines: 21 Will the final (integrated) GNU system have all the goodies found in current networked system ? -- e.g. NFS, RPC, YP, ..etc.. or even better improve them and add extra features to make it more flexible & robust. How about booting the entire GNU system from an optifloppy ? This way I can move my work literally between work & home easily (as in a network environment or in standalone mode).
