The next version will have the new user variable
gnus-interactive-post, and the meaning of the variable
gnus-novice-user will be changed.

(1) if gnus-novice-user is non-nil, "Are you sure you want to post.."
question will be prompted.  Other novice oriented feature will turned
off by setting this variable to nil.

(2) if gnus-interactive-post is non-nil, newsgroup, subject, and
distribution will be asked for interactively.  Future interactive
options will be implemented as gnus-interactive-XXX.
