If Genie or anyone else redistributes comp.sources.unix, great: I wasn't planning on making money off it, so I haven't lost out. I've lost a chance to make money, but *I NEVER INTENDED TO MAKE MONEY.* I read Brad's article, and I don't see how this "copyright" nonsense has made this Genie/whoever cross-fertilizing any more or less possible. I'm probably just stupid, but all I see that it has done is made it possible for Brad to require these redistribution points to pay him. And finally, don't underestimate the ego boost.
