As far as I know, the AT&T UNIX pc Technical Reference Manual, like most
UNIX pc products, is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  When I called to order mine,
about 8 months ago, through Ducummon Data Systems (DDS), they only had
3 left.  AT&T doesn't have the book in print, and I assume all of them
were sold out with the $355 price tag.  It was nice to have my company
buy it for me :-)
