A head count of who would be active contributors has been encouraging. I have a feeling that traffic per subscriber might be above average since the standard will probably not remain in q quiescent state for very long. I am sending you a copy of the working report by post. Yes I agree deciding on the scope of the board is difficult. I suspect that the interface construction component of the enterprise will need exchange of algorithm design ideas as well as the resulting software. I also suspect it would act as a useful forum to introduce new analytical software into the community. I hope this clarifies things a little.
