U.C. San Diego Lines: 11 Doug Palmer and Duane DeSieno have a paper, "Removing Random Noise from EKG Signals using a Backpropogation Network". I don't know where it has been published, I have a preprint. Doug Palmer is at HNC, Inc. and Duane DeSieno is at Logical Designs Consulting, Inc. both in the San Diego area.
