A site in my vicinity through which a lot of comp.archives outgoing
mail should have passed has either gone away or gone down.  I have
marked that site as dead so my router will no longer try to respond
through it.

If you have sent mail to comp-archives-database in the past few weeks
which relied on my mailer (e.g., user@site addresses) and have not yet
received a reply, please try again.
