I have uploaded the following file to Simtel20 directory

HDTST125.ARC    Hard disk diag & low level format supports RLL

  This program as well as all its earlier versions will do a low level 
  hard disk format without data loss.  Great for changing the interleave
  factor if it was set to a factor less than optimum.  Does not work with
  ESDI drives.
