Who can help us ???

We are looking for a program for local storage and retrieval of 
literature information with the following specifications:

- download of records from online databases (DIALOG)

- runs on HP VECTRA or on HP 9000 (UNIX)

- multiuser application with file and record locking on the
  SUN PC/NFS - UNIX - Server

- variable text fields without specific declarations

(LIDOS is one of these databases, but we are looking for alternatives!)
