Hi!  A friend of mine acquired a DEC DF3 1200 baud modem.  He has it hooked up
to his Apple IIGS, but can't get it to do anything.  It seems to be a manual
dialing modem.  How do you control it?  Does it understand Hayes AT commands? 
How old is it?  Help me get him off of 300 baud!
