I am looking into setting up a uucp connection between Mountain View, 
California and Israel.  Does anyone out in netland have experience 
doing this?  Any information, advices, gotchas will be appreciated.
I've been thinking about using UUCP/Telebit TB+/AT&T.  Will it work?
I am not a regular subscriber of comp.dcom.modems, so please don't 
flame me if my question has already been answered many time before.

Is international long distance call through AT&T sufficient, or do I 
need a satellite link?  Anyone has any pointer to resources (e.g. companies
that rent time on a satellite link) that I may find useful?
