 France has the Mintel system, which is a super system that includes functions
 similar to telenet, tymnet, bulletin boards, Compuserve, and 976 calls,
 plus more! It also allows hundreds of entrepreneurs to offer sub-services of
 all sorts.

 If a specific contact is needed, write me because I have a friend who does
 Minitel services in France.
