I have recently seen a lot of traffic concerning the
two editors mentioned in the subject line -- CRISP and BRIEF.

OK... can you good folks provide more info on these guys?
Are either of these public domain?  What hardware platform
are they at home upon?

I am primarily looking for an editor for my (cough) PC-XT
clone.  I live with vi on the Suns at the office, and coexist
with SPF on all the mainframes!
