tmp2gif doesn't move around with QRT because the author of QRT didn't write it.
It has no home (that I know of) unless someone chose to archive it after I
sent it through comp.binaries.ibm.pc.

I know a lot of people would like to have source but I CANNOT release that
because it contains material that was obtained through an agreement with
Compu$erve.
