Sorry, I didn't think to post this sooner, but:

For those of you in the area,
there will be a forum to discuss the proposed new Fortran standard
at two places this coming week.  On Mon afternoon Mar 27 at Temple University
(contact Prof. Friedman) and the Bureau of Census on Tues afternoon
in Suitland MD (contact Bill LaPlante).
