My sincere apologies for my error.  I in no way wished to mis-state the
position of UUPC as a program.  Please see Samual Lam's earlier posting
regarding the distribution of UUPC.

I was mistaken in my assumption that UUPC was freeware.  Being a major
(the?) author of the IBM-PC version, he should know.
