A couple of questions about UUPC..

1)  What FTP sites is it available from?

I have heard that I could get it from simtel20.arpa, but i get a 
connect: connection refused

Also, uunet.UU.NET, may have it, and if it does, where is it?

2)  Does anyone know about sites that I could connect to here(in the LA
area)?  Or is it possible to get hooke up to UCLA or something?

3)  If I get UUPC, can I have a USENET newsfeed? If so, how?
