As far as I can tell, most of the d.* maps have already been merged into
the u.* maps.  The only d.* maps that I have now (that actually have
something in them other than comments saying that they have been merged
with the u.* map) are:
	d.[A-Z]*
	d.usa.hi.1
	d.kor.1
