The versions of EDT and KED and K52 (which is a VT-52 version of KED running on RT-11 all are overlayed. Yes they fit in 62Kb, in fact, RT-11FB limits you to something like 40Kb (more or less, depending upon what handlers you have loaded), and my guess is that KED will run in less than 32KB, but it is overlayed.
