I need a copy of pages 16-31 from the document "Standardization of Group 3
facsimile apparatus for document transmission," Recommendation T.4, Volume VII,
Fascicle VII.3, Terminal Equipment and Protocols for Telematic Services, The
International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT), Geneva,
1985.  These pages describe a compression method that is used to compress data
in TIFF files, and during facsimile transmission.  I could not find this document
in local libraries and bookstores.  Could somebody send me a copy of these pages,
or tell me where I could find this document in the San Jose or San Francisco area?
