Gosh I love that acronym... :-)

I got some fixes back from Jeffry Mogul @ DECWRL.  Among other things, the big
fix is that my IP option munging code didn't deal with 0 in any of the address
octets very well.  (That's what I get for living in a sheltered environment!)

New src/ping.shar available on rutgers.edu via anonymous FTP.
