Has anybody cobbled together a Micom NI5010 driver for NCSA Telnet?
I know the NI5210 is supplied, but apparently there are some differences
between the two ...

Also: have you converted the WD8003E driver from Lattice to Microsoft
compatible, or come up with an automated conversion procedure?
