Boehm Software Engineering Economics Prentice-Hall, 1981 The formulas in this book are easy to find. I actually set up a lotus spreadsheet on the PC to do the calculations. It's very simple. There is no need to buy a COCOMO package. You can even set up all 3 models described in the book.
