In a previous post, I mentioned some of the publications from the SEI.  What
I neglected to mention is you can e-mail a request to Donna Mahoney,
dem@sei.cmu.edu, with a list if the number of documents requested is small
(3 or fewer).  If the number is larger, send a written request to her and
include a mailing label (really!).

Please do not e-mail me directly, nor request the reports that haven't been
issued yet.

Regarding the conference paper, you will have to order the conference
proceedings from the IEEE.  I am not allowed to send that out.  Sorry.
