We've got a version here that we made work on Ultrix, and have added vi mode. IT's still in alpha test, so don't expect too much, although it's starting to get stable. Several of us here use it for a login shell. Maybe the main author, Eric Gisin, should start releasing notes about it, but I doubt that he wants it in general circulation at this stage.
