I've seen a few references to a webster(1) server. I presume that it
is online access to one of the Webster's dictionaries.

My questions are this:

	1) What exactly is it? Is it based on the CD-ROM Webster's?
	   (Did you know that the OED is also available on CD-ROM?)

	2) Is this a commercial product or a freely distributable
	   product?

	3) If the latter, which archives make it available?
