I am looking for source code for chem, a public domain troff/pic pre-processor 
which is used to produce chemical structure diagrams.  It was cited in an
American CHemical Society book, "Chemical Structure Software for PCs"
(1988), although it should run under most flavors of unix.  Can anyone help?
