	Does anybody know of a public domain version of a cpp-like 
preprocessor ?  We need facilities like #include, #define (without
arguments) and #ifdef...#endif for use with a variety of languages
on a variety of machines (e.g. Fortran on IBM-PCs).  Looking for
C source for such a preprocessor.
