I grabbed the newest version of tcsh from Ohio State a while ago and gave it
a quick compile on my Harris HCX-9 running HCX/UX 3.0.  Works great, except
HCX/UX uses universes to emulate both UCB and ATT flavors of UNIX.  Tcsh knows
nothing about universes.

Before I go reinvent the wheel and add support for universes, has anyone
else done this?  Patches would be great.
