It is relatively straight forward to write an encapsulated PostScript file.
The program iff2ps does that, and possibly some others.  iff2ps also reads
in an encapsulated PostScript file, but does not interpret it.  To interpret
a PostScript file ( which is also required to convert to IFF ) would
require the program to UNDERSTAND PostScript, in other words it has to
include a full intepreter.  At this time I don't know of any program
that can do this on the Amiga.
