RAWREAD/RAWWRITE are used by PCUtils, and the raw r/w code in tracckdisk is broken, and accesses an absolute memory location when checking the size of the request instead of using an immediate. SO whether it works becomes dependant on what's where in memory. NoFastMem changes where things are. Note that if you have two or more 3.5" drives, NoFastMem isn't needed, since the track buffer ends up there, and is always filled with large enough values that things work.
