Has anyone who is currently using Lattice 5.0 through 5.02 experienced
problems with fgets?  The problem I seem to be having is one where fgets
does not wait for either a '\n' or a NULL ('\0').  Fgets just returns a
NULL as if an eof has been reached.  However, fgets has never recieved
any input.  BTW, the code works fine for PDC 3.3 (BETA) which I know
works correctly because I have the libraries source.  I suspect the problem
(assuming one exists) is with buffer input (maybe also output) with 
Lattice.  Any suggestions of ideas would be helpful.
