Got a message from Robin LaPasha asking me to check and see if setmap
and the ALT-key sequences work in DPaintIII.  This test is the first time
I've ever used setmap, but from what I tried, the foreigninternational character
sets did indeed come up.  I tried several different keymaps and the
characters did change according to the diagrams in the 2000 manual.  The
ALT-key combinations also appear to bring up symbols and other characters.
I was using the default Topaz font in DPaintIII.
